1. How long will delivery take?
We aim to process all orders within 2-3 business days.
For orders above £35, you will enjoy free standard delivery.

We are not responsible for shipping carrier delays. However, please reach out to us if you have any questions regarding our deliveries.
2. What is your returns/refunds policy?
As much as we want you to love your order, we understand that sometimes things don't work out. Currently, we do not offer free returns. However, we have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

We strongly recommend using a tracked service in order to ensure the items get to us safely. If the item is not received by us, regrettably we are unable to process your refund.

3. Do you use synthetic fabrics such as polyester?
No nasties in our clothing! We only use 100% natural fabric - bamboo and cotton - with the exception of elastane (maximum 5%) to provide elasticity for some of our apparel.
